A name or place entered in a search tool is sent directly to the outside company operating that tool. The partner processes the request and provides its result. We do not keep a local log of those search terms.

The site identifies official sources for Whitman County records, including the courts, Sheriff, Washington State Patrol WATCH, and the Washington Sex Offender Public Registry. It is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor data is not turned into a consumer report or third-party criminal file.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies operate the search boxes. Information submitted there is controlled by the partner's privacy terms, retention rules, and sharing practices, not by this policy. Review those terms before running a search.

Links may lead to courts, sheriff pages, state agencies, legal resources, or commercial tools. Once a visitor follows an outside link, that destination's privacy rules control. Read them before providing personal information.
